  • Improved soap noodle productivity from 2300MT/Month to 3500MT/Month
  • Cost of noodle production improved from INR 8000/MT to INR 5500/MT
  • Rejection reduced to almost zero due to suggested change in packing process
  • Increased DFA plant capacity from 75MT/day to 90MT per day with process parameter optimization and some system modification.
  • Roorkee plants are producing white soap noodles, neem soap noodles, low TFM noodles, personal care products such as soap, shampoo and toothpaste and home care products such as floor cleaners, liquid detergents and dish wash liquids.
  • Guwahati plant produces neem soap noodles, brown soap noodles, creams, lotions, hair oil, shampoos and Ayurvedic products.

  • To plan and execute production of soap on 10 lines, including Jo, Johnson & Johnson, Nivea, Tetmosol, Superia, Neko and Savlon soap etc
  • Soap production improved by 500MT per month with the help of system modification, manpower motivation and optimization.
  • Achieved highest non controlled target of 4000MT in a single month which is a second highest record for the unit of all time.
  • To plan and monitor operation of DFA plant with a capacity of 150MT/Day Wurstar-Sanger splitting plant and 150MT/day Lurgi distillation plant.
  • Main oils being handled were Refined Palm Oil, Palm Kernel Oil, palm Stearin, Palm fatty acid distillate and Palm Kernel fatty acid distillates
